Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your SOULSKY purchase, you can send it back for a free exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please follow the steps below:

STEP 1

For all returns and exchanges, please email info@soulskybrand.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE you return the product.

STEP 2

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order, and include the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock.)

STEP 3

After reaching out to us, we will provide you with the address to mail your items to.

STEP 4

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.
