RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your SOULSKY purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Any items used or not in the original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.

Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels.


Refunds

Please remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

STEP 1

For all returns and exchanges, please email info@soulskybrand.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE you return the product.

 

STEP 2

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order, and include the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock.) Please also state the reason for your return.

 

STEP 3

After reaching out to us, we will provide you with the address to mail your items to.

 

STEP 4

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.
